Right of withdrawal

You have the right of withdrawal the agreement within a term of 14 days without giving up a reason, except for B2B. The right of withdrawal is only a part of the consumer law.

The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you have to inform us, Humida bv, Heppensesteenweg 57, 3945 Ham, Belgium with company number BE0649.837.543, through unambiguous declaration (e.g. written letter, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdrawal the agreement. You can use the adjoined sample form for withdrawal, but you’re not obliged.

To follow the right of withdrawal it is sufficient to send your announcement concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdrawal the agreement, you will receive all payments which you have done in that moment, inclusively delivery costs (in exception of the possible extra costs due to your choice for another mean of delivery than the by us provides cheapest standard delivery) without delay and if every case no longer then 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdrawal the agreement. We will pay you by bank transfer, unless you explicit request otherwise, in every case you will not have to bear any costs for such refund.

Instructions for filling out the form

State your name, living address and, if possible, your telephone number, fax and e-mail.

You can fill out the sample form for withdrawal or another clearly formulated statement electronically. If you use this option we will send you a confirmation of delivery without delay through a sustainable data carrier (e.g. a-mail).
You will send of deliver us the goods without delay, or in any case not later then 14 days after the day of announcing the withdrawal. You are on time if you send us the goods before the term of 14 days is expired.

The direct costs for sending back the goods are for your account.
